福建省农村正规信贷供给情况的调查与分析

在对福建省部分县(市)农村金融市场运行情况调查的基础上,从利率、产品、网点设置、服务程序、信贷覆盖率等几个方面分析农村正规信贷存在的问题,从信贷需求者和信贷环境角度剖析了农村正规信贷问题产生的原因,从政府对现有农村金融机构的引导和激励,发展多样化的农村金融组织,促进农村担保体系和改善农村信用环境等几个方面提出打破农村信贷约束的政策建议。

Investigation and analysis of Fujian rural formal credit

Based on the investigation of Fujian rural finance market,the flaw of rural formal credit is analysed from the interest rate,products,institution,service routine,and credit coverage.In view of these questions,this paper analyzes the reasons both from credit demand and credit environment.Finally,it gives some suggestions to enhance the efficiency of rural finance,including government guidance and drive,development of diversified rural finance organizations,promoting rural guarantee system and improving the rural credit environment.
