| Abstract: | Under the guidance of General Secretary Jiang's "Three Represents" theory, the importance of promoting development of Party style and construction of a clean and honest administration at colleges and universities is dealt with, meanwhile the countermeasures to work harder to prevent and get rid of corruption at its root in five aspects are proposed. |
