| 摘 要： | 阐述了社会主义新农村的科学内涵和基本要求,建立了具有递阶层次结构的社会主义新农村建设评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定了指标权重,给出了单指标、子目标、总目标达标度的计算方法,同时还设计了各子目标协调性、达标度增长持续性评价方法。

| Abstract: | The main connotations and basic qualifications about the new socialist countryside are discussed.Based on this,the comprehensive evaluation index system for building a new socialist countryside is presented.Meanwhile,the index weights are confirmed with analytic hierarchy process.Then the calculation of the level of single index,sub-aim and integration is attained.Finally,the method is given for calculating the level of coordination in different sub-aims,algorithm is designed for weighing the sustainability of the sub-aim and integration level. |
