社会心理优化:社会排斥到社会融合的桥梁

促进社会融合对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。由于种种原因,现实生活中弱势群体受社会排斥的现象还相当严重,由此产生了许多社会心理问题,这些社会心理问题阻碍社会融合的推进。因此,构建社会主义和谐社会,推进社会融合的进程,就必须从整合社会阶层关系、实现社会利益公正、扩大社会有序参与、构建社会支持网络,以及弱势群体自身的努力等方面入手,对社会心理进行优化。

Sociopsychological optimization: bridging social exclusion and social integration

It is significant to promote social integration for building a socialist harmonious society.However,due to various reasons,social exclusion of the disadvantaged groups is still widely existed and has resulted in many sociopsychological problems which hinder the progress of social integration.In order to build a socialist harmonious society and accelerate the social integration,it is necessary to optimize the sociopsychology in such aspects as adjusting the exclusions of social strata,realizing the justice of social interests,expanding the societal orderly participation,constructing social supporting network as well as selfmotivating of the disadvantaged groups.
