| Abstract: | This paper summarized the research progress of fish sperm and deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA), alkalescent protein(protamin) extracted from fish sperm, and also placed emphasis on the introduction of the physicochemical and biochemical properties, the antibacterial mechanism , methods of preparation and purification , as well as the application of protamin. |
