新中国成立以来党的反腐倡廉建设的历程与启示

阐述新中国成立以来党的反腐倡廉建设历程,并分析提出新中国成立以来党的反腐倡廉建设对新形势下进一步加强党风廉政建设、巩固党的执政基础具有重要的启示作用:(1)我们党始终把反腐倡廉建设作为党的建设的一项重要任务;(2)在不同时期各有重点,具有很强的针对性和实效性;(3)善于学习借鉴国外反腐倡廉建设的文明成果,又坚持从中国国情出发,走出了一条有中国特色的反腐倡廉道路;(4)在反腐倡廉建设中注意坚持教育、制度、监督并重,预防为主、标本兼治的方针;(5)不断加强纪检监察机构和队伍的建设,为反腐倡廉建设提供强有力的组织保证和队伍保证。

The course and enlightenments of the CPC's anticorruption campaigns and building a clean and honest government in the People's Republic of China

CPC′s course of anticorruption and building a clean and honest government since the founding of the People′s Republic of China is elaborated,and it has important enlightenments to today′s strengthening Party style and clean and honest government construction and consolidating Party′s governance foundation in the new situation.(1) Our Party insists on taking anticorruption and building a clean and honest government as an important task in Party building.(2) The focus of anticorruption campaign is target-oriented,varying with the times.(3) Learning the achievements in foreign countries while based on China′s conditions,an approach of anticorruption and building a clean and honest government with Chinese characteristics has been explored.(4) Attaching the importance to education,rules building and inspection,and our Party has followed the policy of putting prevention first and seeking both temporary and permanent solutions.(5) The Party has continuously enhanced its disciplinary and supervisory agencies and staff,so that they can provide a strong guarantee for anticorruption efforts.
