| 摘 要： | 探讨了农药污染税的内涵及其征收的可行性。以福建省农户为对象进行问卷调查,在分析农户农药污染税支付愿意影响因素的基础上,给出提高农户农药污染税支付意愿的对策建议:(1)加强对农户农药安全使用技术的培训;(2)优化经销商行为;(3)提高农户的文化素质和环保意识;(4)优化农药的品种结构;(5)保持土地使用权的持续性。 |

| Abstract: | The connotation of pesticide pollution taxation is explored,and the feasible analysis of pesticide pollution taxation is conducted.And then,farmers in Fujian Province are investigated by questionnaire survey.The influential factors of farmers′ willingness to pay pesticide pollution taxation are analyzed.Accordingly to the above,some proposals of enhancing farmers′ willingness to pay pesticide pollution taxation are put forward.(1)Training farmers to master the technology of using pesticides in safety.(2)Optimizing dealers′ behavior.(3)Fostering farmers′ culture quality and environment-protection awareness.(4)Optimizing pesticides products structure.(5)Keeping the sustainable right of using land. |
