| 摘 要： | 经济全球化时代,由于发展环境复杂多变,提升核心竞争力是福建省民营企业创造和保持竞争优势的关键.在分析福建省民营企业核心竞争力的发展水平、存在问题及其成因的基础上,提出以下战略选择:(1)树立和谐共赢的价值理念；(2)提高管理实践水平；(3)增强技术创新能力；(4)培育国际知名品牌；(5)加大人才建设力度等策略,以促进福建省民营企业核心竞争力的提升.

| Abstract: | In the era of economic globalization,as the development environment is complex and volatile,strengthening the core competitiveness is crucial for the private enterprises in Fujian Province to create and maintain competitive advantages.Based on analysis of the development status,problems and their causes of core competitiveness of the private enterprises in Fujian Province,some strategies are put forward to promote the core competitiveness as follows.(1)Establish the harmonious win-win values.(2)Improve the management level of practice.(3)Enhance the technical innovation ability.(4)Foster the international famous brand.(5)Strengthen the talents construction. |
