| 摘 要： | 农业循环经济是农业可持续发展的新平台。根据我国资源和环境的现状,实施农业循环经济要从微观到宏观梯式推进,实施政府宏观调控、建设关键技术体系、制定经济驱动政策,同时提出建立相关法律法规体系和发动公众参与等策略。

| Abstract: | Agro-circular economy is a new platform for developing sustainable agriculture.Based on the present situation of resources and environment,the strategy of agro-circular economy is put forward in the following respects: pursuing step advance from microcosmic layers to macroscopic ones;practising government regulation; constructing the key technology system;making impeller economic policies;establishing the relevant law system;mobilizing public participation. |
