以创新人才培养的“工程索道”课程考试改革实践

摘    要:为适应国家精品课程建设需要,针对传统考试存在诸多弊端,阐明"工程索道"课程考试改革的迫切性。根据"工程索道"课程考试改革思想及其要求,进行课程考试改革与实践,注重平时与期末结合,笔试与机试结合,理论与应用结合的多样化考试形式,合理设置考试内容,提高命题的科学化水平;优化成绩构成,贯穿教学全过程,细化评分标准,促进学生全面发展。改革措施在2007-2010年级的教学实践中循序渐进,特色鲜明,取得很好的成效,增强了学生对理论知识的理解和掌握,学以致用,提高了学生学习的积极性和创新性。构建的"考勤+作业+教学互动+设备认知+期中笔试+期末笔试+期末机考"的多样化考试模式,可为高校课程考试改革和创新人才培养提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of national quality courses construction, the paper cladfles the urgency of the engineering ropeway course examination reform, which directed to the drawbacks of traditional exams. According to the idea and requirement of the engineering ropeway course examination reform, we carded out the examination reform and practice, paid attention to usual per- formance combined with final grade, utilized written exam and computer test, combined theory and application in order to form the diversification examination, set the exam content reasonably, improved the scientific level of the proposition, optimized the results constitute, refined scoring standard, and promoted the overall development of students. Reform measures were carded on step by step during 2007 - 2010 academic year' s teaching, which had distinct characteristics and good results. The reform enhanced the students' understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge, and could help the students to apply their knowledge, improved the students' enthusiasm and innovation. The established "attendance + homework + teaching interaction + device cognitive + midt- erm exam + final exam + computer exam" diversification exam form may provide valuable reference for university curriculum exam reform and innovation personnel training.
