| 摘 要： | 当前农民土地权益流失问题日益突出,严重影响了农村社会和谐稳定。在推进城乡一体化发展的背景下,必须以开展群众路线教育实践活动为契机,加快农村土地管理制度的创新与优化,切实保障农民土地权益,以切合新时期维护农村社会稳定和促进城乡协调发展的客观要求。

| Abstract: | The loss of the farmers＇ land rights and interests has become increasingly prominent, which has affected seriously the so- cial harmony and stability in rural areas. Under the background of promoting the urban and rural integration, we must carry out the educational practice of mass llne as an opportunity, accelerate the optimization and innovation of rural land management system, and earnestly safeguard the land rights of farmers, in order to meet the objective demands for maintaining social stability in rural areas and promoting the urban and rural coordinated development in the new era. |
