| 摘 要： | 福建省企业创新人才队伍存在总量不足、人才结构不合理、投入偏低、人才工作机制不健全等问题。通过分析,提出促进企业培养与引进相结合、转变高校培养方式、加大投资力度以及完善人才工作机制等对策建议,以期提高福建省人才队伍建设水平。

| Abstract: | There are some problems of enterprise innovation talents staff in Fujian Province, such as insufficient quantity of talents, irrational personnel structure, low personnel inputs, inadequate talent work mechanism. According to in-depth analysis, it is proposed to promote enterprise cultivation combined with introduction, transform the way of college education, increase the investment and perfect the talents working mechanism in order to bring about the enterprise talents staff development in Fujian Province. |
