闽台农业要注重和加强植物保护科技的合作与交流。植物保护科技在促进闽台农村经济和现代农业发展、保障农业贸易安全方面发挥重要作用。海峡两岸的植物保护学科在植保科技的创新和确立绿色植保、循环植保、特色植保的理念,转变植保科技的服务功能等方面要加强合作与交流,构建外来有害生物入侵的共同防御体系和公共植物保护技术体系。
