| 摘 要： | 要采用高压液相色谱法(HPLC),以资生堂的UG8OS5柱为分析柱,示差折光仪为检测器,一次进样同时测定低聚果糖中的蔗果3糖,蔗果4糖,蔗果5糖1,回收率在98.8-105.9,RSD(%)在0.20.26之间,最低检出限在微克级。

| Abstract: | to adopt high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),to UG80S5 column for analysis of shiseido column, and refractive index detector is poor,a simultaneous determination of the sample clustering of fruit sugarcane low sugar sugar,fruit sugarcane 3 4 5 sugar cane sugar,fruit,with a recovery in 98.8 105.9,RSD(%) in 0.20 0.26,minimum detection limit in micrograms level. |
