| 摘 要： | 在分析网络环境下信息资源的特点及其对高校图书馆读者需求影响的基础上,提出了网络环境下高校图书馆应从建立信息资源保障系统、开发特色信息资源、发展网络信息服务、深化参考咨询服务、注重图书馆管理人员的继续教育等方面来提高图书馆服务质量。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the characterstics of information resource and its impact on readers' demands of university library in the network environment,it is concluded that a university library should improve its service in the aspects of setting-up of an information resource security system,developing distinctive information resource and network information service,deepening reference and advisory service,librarians' continuous education. |
