| 摘 要： | 英、美金融监管制度模式是当今世界最具代表性的2种模式。本文在对英、美金融监管制度在组织结构体系、法律制度、监管方式及自律机制等方面进行比较的基础上,提出我国金融监管应从以下几方面加以完善:(1)建立有效的金融监管组织体系;(2)建立和完善金融监管法律体系;(3)改进我国金融监管的方式;(4)健全和完善我国金融监管的自律机制。

| Abstract: | The models of financial supervision institution in the United Kingdom and in the United States are typical of the world. Based on the comparison between British model and U.S model in the aspects of the systems of organization, regulations, supervision ways and self-control systems, this paper puts forward some valuable measures to improve Chinese financial supervision as follows: establishing an effective organization system of financial supervision; perfecting the system of regulation; improving the supervision ways and perfecting the self-control institution. |
