| 摘 要： | 依法治校是现代法治主义的基本要求和我国《宪法》规定的依法治国原则在学校教育管理活动中的体现。依法治校的关键在于依照行政法的要求对该活动进行程序上和实体上的限制,以实现该活动的理性化、正当化、合理化要求。

A Consideration of the management of colleges and universities according to law |

| Abstract: | The management of colleges and universities according to law is basic requirement of modern legality and a reflection of the principle of managing state affairs according to law stipulated by the Constitution in the education management at colleges and universities. The key point of the management of colleges and universities is to regulate the management in procedure and substance according to the adminstrative law, so as to realize a rational, justified and reasonable management. |
