| Abstract: | According to the"Fujian Provincial Administrative Law-enforcement Procedure Stipulation",the basic principles of the administrative procedure law and social realistic conditions are analyzed,and the ideas about amendment of the "Fujian Provincial Administrative Law-enforcement Procedure Stipulation " are put forward in the regards of overall layout and structure,so as to offer some favorable references to the administrative procedure legislation. |
