湖南省农产品对外贸易竞争力分析——基于湖南、山东两省的比较

湖南省农产品贸易在其对外贸易中占有重要地位。采用一般竞争力系数、显性比较优势指数和贸易竞争力指数3个指标比较了湖南、山东两省农产品的贸易竞争力差异,并在此基础上实证分析了湖南省农产品的对外贸易竞争力及其演进趋势,提出了扩大湖南农产品出口的建议:(1)根据自身资源禀赋条件,调整湖南省农产品生产结构;(2)以比较优势为基础,优化湖南省农产品进出口结构;(3)重视产业内贸易发展,增强湖南省农产品的国际竞争力;(4)依靠技术进步,提升湖南省农产品的贸易竞争力。

An analysis on foreign trade competitiveness of Hunan agricultural products——Based on the comparison between Hunan and Shandong

Agricultural products trade plays an important role in Hunan Province′s foreign trade.The paper compares the differences between trade competiveness of agricultural products in Hunan Province and Shandong Province by using the general competitive index,revealed comparative advantage index and trade competiveness index.And then the foreign trade competiveness of Hunan′s agricultural products and its evolutionary tendency are analyzed empirically.Finally,some suggestions on expanding the exports of agricultural products of Hunan are given.(1)Adjust the production structure of agricultural products in Huhan according to the local resource conditions.(2)Optimize Hunan agricultural products import and export structures based on the comparative advantages.(3)Strengthen the international competiveness of Hunan agricultural products by paying attention to the trade development in the industry.(4)Raise the trade competiveness of Hunan agricultural products depending on science and technology progress.
