| 摘 要： | 从高等学校教学管理现代化的历史必然性着手,分析了高等学校教学管理现代化所存在的观念、体制、手段等问题,提出了推进高等学校教学管理现代化的对策:(1)更新教育思想观念;(2)创新教学管理制度;(3)改革教学管理体制和管理模式;(4)推进教学管理手段现代化;(5)加强教学管理队伍和硬件设施建设。

| Abstract: | Based on historical inevitability,the conception,system and means of teaching management modernization at colleges and universities are analyzed,and the countermeasures to accelerate teaching management modernization at colleges and universities are proposed.(1) Update education ideology.(2) Innovate teaching management system.(3) reform teaching management institution and modes.(4) Accelerate teaching management means modernization.(5) Strengthen construction of teaching management staff and facilities. |
