| 摘 要： | 回顾我国台湾地区农业保险的发展历程,分析概括其经营模式,剖析台湾地区农业保险发展的特点,总结其经验,进而提出台湾地区农业保险对祖国大陆农业保险发展的一些启示:(1)明确的政策法规是农业保险发展的制度保证;(2)积极的财政扶持是农业保险发展的必要保证;(3)完善的组织体系是农业保险发展的基础条件;(4)有效的运行方式是农业保险发展的关键所在;(5)农业天然灾害救助体系是农业保险发展的积极补充。

| Abstract: | Agricultural insurance development in China's Taiwan Region is reviewed.Its management mode,characteristics and experiences are expounded.Accordingly its revelation favourable for agricultural insurance development in China mainland is suggested as follows.(1) Clear policies,laws and regulations are institutional guarantee for agricultural insurance development.(2) Active financial support is necessary guarantee for agricultural insurance development.(3) Perfect organization system is the basic condition for agricultural insurance development.(4) Effective operation mode is the key of agricultural insurance development.(5) The system of rescue and aid in natural calamities of agriculture is an active complement of agricultural insurance development. |
