| 摘 要： | 构建了碳排放强度因素分解模型,分析了1978-2009年福建省碳排放强度的阶段性变化特征,设计了6个碳减排情景,预测了"十二五"和"十三五"福建省碳减排潜力及其可行性,据此提出了增强海峡西岸经济区碳减排能力的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the phase characteristics of Fujian Province carbon emissions intensity from 1978 to 2009 with factor decomposition model,designs six scenarios assumes to predict the potential and feasibility of Fujian Province carbon emission reduction during the period of next two five-year plans.Accordingly it proposes some countermeasures about how to enhance the capacity of carbon emission reduction in the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits. |
