| 摘 要： | 面对日益激烈的市场竞争,企业如何提升自身竞争力是每个企业在生存与发展中必须应对的难题。从生态位视角分析企业竞争的实质,在此基础上提出影响企业竞争力的指标,运用因子分析法归纳出9类能使企业获取更高生态位的关键性生态因子,并依据分析结果提出增强企业竞争力的若干建议。

| Abstract: | In the face of increasingly fierce competition,how to improve enterprise＇ competitiveness to grow stronger is a general matter that each enterprise has to face. This paper analyzes the essence of enterprise competitiveness from the perspective of ecological niche,and then proposes special indicators that affect enterprise competitiveness. Moreover,through factor analysis,it summarizes nine categories of key ecological factors affecting the obtainment of higher position in ecological niche. Finally relevant suggestions are given according to the analysis results. |
