农村劳动力转移、分工收益激励与农民分化

在中国出现持续的、大规模的劳动力转移背景下,讨论了农业部门内部的农民分化问题,认为随着农村劳动力的流出,单位农业土地上实际从事务农劳动的人数减少,改变了集土地承包者、经营者和劳动者于一体的传统主流农业生产模式,催生了新型农业生产组织形式和新型农业经营主体,进而带来了农民角色分化。劳动力转移规模、转移结构,以及农业政策等因素强化了这一趋势。

Rural labor outflow,division income encouragement and farmer's role diversification

Farmer＇s role diversification in the agriculture department is analyzed on the background of sustained and large-scale rural labor outflow. With the outflow of rural labor,the number of rural labor force actually engaged in farming reduced in unit agricultural land. As a result,the traditional mainstream agricultural production style,in which land contractors,operators and workers were integrated as one,changed. The birth of new types of organizations and operators in agricultural production has brought the farmer＇s role differentiation. Expansion of outflow scale and structure,agricultural policy reinforced this trend.
