| 摘 要： | 从福建国有企业在海峡西岸经济区建设中的影响力和控制力入手,阐述了福建国有企业在海峡西岸经济区经济振兴,产业和产品结构优化升级,促进区域经济协调发展以及构建和谐社会中发挥基础性支撑作用和稳定保障作用,提出了坚持以服务海峡西岸经济区为原则,积极推进省属企业国有资产布局和结构的战略性调整,建立和完善公司的法人治理机制,支持优势企业上市,转变增长方式以及完善改革配套政策等措施,以促进福建省社会经济又好又快发展。
