| 摘 要： | 揭示了农科大学生的择业心理问题,分析了产生择业心理问题的原因,提出了解决择业心理问题的对策:(1)加强农科大学生择业意识教育,确立正确的择业观;(2)深化高等农业教育改革,全面提升农科大学生综合素质;(3)切实采取措施,为农科大学生就业创造有利条件;(4)加强农科大学生的心理辅导,构建择业心理咨询网络。

A consideration of agriculture undergraduates' psychology of job search |

| Abstract: | The causes of agriculture undergraduates' psychological problems of job search are analyzed and the countermeasures to solve them are proposed. (1) To strengthen agriculture undergraduates' education of job search ideology and foster a correct job search conception. (2)To deepen the reform of higher agriculture education and promote the college students' all round development. (3) To take measures and create favourable conditions for the undergraduates' employment. (4) To strengthen psychological instuction to form a psychological advisory network of job search. |
