大学生职业兴趣调查与职业指导

当前,大学生应该做好职业生涯规划。要结合自己的职业兴趣、专业特长和知识结构,对将来所从事的工作做方向性的选择。本文采用霍兰德中国职业兴趣量表对福建农林大学材料工程学院大学生进行了问卷调查,用SPSS统计软件结果进行了分析,认为应该加强大学生的职业兴趣取向的引导,建立切实可行的职业指导机制,同时高校的职业指导要关注两个转变。

An investigation on college students' vocational interest and vocational instruction

Now college students should plan their careers well.Based on themselves' vocational interest,professional abilities and knowledge structure,they should choose the directions for their undertakings in future.In this paper,Holland's Statistics for vocational interest in China has been used to conduct a poll among college students,and the result has been analyzed by SPSS statistics software.It is proved that the guidance for the orientation of college students' vocational interest should be improved and a feasible vocational instruction system should be set up,meanwhile college students' vocational instruction should be concerned with the "two changes".
