| 摘 要： | 通过实行教师职务聘任制 ,促进了高校教师队伍建设 ,并就实践中存在的问题 ,提出了完善高校教师职务聘任制的思路 :(1)科学合理设岗 ;(2 )组建评审组织 ;(3)完善评价机制 ;(4 )强化聘后管理 ;(5 )健全配套改革。 |

| Abstract: | Building of teaching staff at colleges and universities has been promoted by car rying out appointment system of teachers' posts. Based on the matters in practic e, the approach to improve appointment system of teachers' posts at colleges and universities are proposed as follows. (1) Setting up posts scientificly and rea sonably. (2) Establishing appraisal organizations. (3) Improving appraisal mecha nisms. (4) Strengthening management after appointment. (5) Perfecting well-coor dinated reform. |
