| 摘 要： | 分析了农村信用社可持续发展能力的内涵和总体构成,论证了农村信用社可持续发展能力建设的重要意义,揭示了农村信用社可持续发展能力建设的基本特征与途径选择。认为能力建设是农村信用社可持续经营的有效途径,必将成为农村金融体制改革的最佳结合点,也将推动现代农村金融企业制度的建立。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the internal essence and frame structure of the rural credit cooperatives' sustainable development ability,demonstrates the important significance of the construction of rural credit cooperatives' sustainable development ability,meanwhile reveals its basic characteristics and approach. It is concluded that the ability construction is the effective approach for the rural credit cooperatives' sustainable management,it will become the best link of rural financial system innovation,and accelerate the establishment of modern rural financial enterprise' system. |
