谁在种地 ———对农业劳动力的调查与思考

农业劳动力是影响农业生产的首要因素。文章在实地调研基础上,描述了农业劳动力的现状及其对农业的影响。研究发现,农业劳动力女性化和老龄化趋势严重,依靠妇女和老年人对土地的感情难以维持农业生产的可持续发展;而由此导致的农业粗放经营、复种指数降低和撂荒现象,成为我国农业安全的潜在威胁。认为,为解决上述问题需在全社会形成关心农业、尊重农民的社会氛围,并建议国家启动＂农业后继者培训工程＂,培养大批新型的职业农民,从而为中国现代农业的发展奠定劳动力基础。
