中国农业文化遗产保护: 实践路径与研究进展

2002年联合国粮农组织(FAO)发起的全球重要农业文化遗产(GIAHS)保护项目,旨在保护生物多样性和文化多样性的前提下,促进地区发展和农民生活水平的提高。文章以全球重要农业文化遗产的中国实践为线索,梳理了保护试点的推动进程与研究进展,并在全球农业文明的相互观照中,重申了传统农业知识对可持续发展的重要意义。对反思高科技农业的危机而言,农业文化遗产保护不仅是对世界各民族传统农耕智慧的刻意存留,更是对农业与农村发展的哲学考量,其深层的价值则是对现代化知识系统的超越,是对"后现代农业"思想的启蒙。

Agro-cultural Heritage Research and Conservation Practices in China: Progresses and Perspectives

Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems(GIAHS),is a program launched by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO) in 2002,which aims to promote regional development and improve peasants’ livelihoods on the premise of biological and cultural diversity preservation.Based on the practices of GIAHS in China,this paper summarizes the promoting process and research status of conservation pilot systems.The paper also reiterates the significance of traditional agricultural knowledge to sustainable development,through the communication on agricultural civilizations around the world.For the reflection on the crisis of high-tech agriculture,the preservation of Agro-cultural heritage is not only a deliberate preservation of the traditional farming wisdom around the world,but also a philosophical thinking on agricultural and rural development,whose deeper value is a transcendence beyond the knowledge system of modernity,and enlightenment on the "Post-modern Agriculture".
