The Function, Action and System Base of the Agency Organization of Farm Produce Circulation --With the Example of Peasant Professional Cooperation

With entry to WTO, we face more challenges in the field of farm produce processing and circulation. The market system asks for farmers become real market members who can response to market signals. However, due to long time of planned economy system, farmers' organizing level is rather low, so it makes agency organizations in need. The paper takes example of peasant professional cooperation and analyses the function, action and system base of agency organization.
