| Abstract: | The peasant is a great majority of the population in our country, they play the leading role of legality process on rural area. It is an important task in legality process on rural area at present to look closely at and analyse seriously the peasant groups' legal ideas, and guide them correctly. This article analyses the wrong conception of the peasants' legal ideas and advances some countermeasures and suggestions. |
