| 摘 要： | 对利益相关者的分类是利益相关者管理的核心问题。界定中国企业的利益相关者,实证研究企业的利益相关者重要性随企业生命周期变化的规律,据此将利益相关者分为关键利益相关者、非关键利益相关者和边缘利益相关者三类,可为企业制定权变的利益相关者管理战略提供指导。

| Abstract: | To classify stakeholders is the core of stakeholder management.By identifying Chinese enterprise stakeholders,the authors make an empirical study to demonstrate that the importance of enterprise stakeholders changes with enterprise lifecycle,divides stakeholders into key stakeholders,non-key stakeholders and edge stakeholders accordingly,and offers the gist for making contingent stakeholder management stratagems. |
