Agricultural Integration: Its Efficiency Sources and Key Elements as a Contracted Organization

The operational organizations united by contracts have become the main form of agricultural integration. Viewing from new institutional economics, the efficiency sources of agricultural integration are the saving of "transaction cost" and the expansion of the effect of "specialization" .The author points out that, as a contracted organization, the contract completeness and the change of internal structure of the organization have great influence upon efficiency . To enhance the operation efficiency of agricultural integration is, viewing from the angle of organizational innovation, a co operational system for the promotion of specialized investment of companies and farmers, for adopting farmers as the "leading" enterprises or the introduction of share holding co operation system into the management of agricultural integration and for the promotion of the establishment of agricultural integration.
