| 摘 要： | 苏氏蜀学对荆公新学的批评大致可分为三个阶段潜伏期、激化期和深化期.它反映出二氏之学在经世层面"重法"或"重人"等诸多分歧,以及苏轼的儒学传承意识.它与北宋中后期的政争、党争互为表里,既导致和强化了后者,同时又深烙党争、政争的痕迹.

| Abstract: | The criticism of Shu Xue on Jing Gong Xin Xue can be divided into three stages. It implies the vast differences between the two schools which focus on whether governmental constitutions should be more emphasized than human virtues. It directly leads to the dispute between reformers and conservatives, and is in turn deeply influenced by the dispute. |
