| 摘 要： | 博杜安是法国文艺复兴时期第一位人文主义历史理论家,他对历史方法的探讨开始了法国人文主义者重新界定历史的企图。他的“整体史”观念是要通过融合法学研究、制度史研究和社会研究,扩大历史研究领域。因此,博杜安的整体史观念是西方史学迈向近代的关键点。

| Abstract: | Francois Baudouin was one of French humanistic theorists,and a forerunner of the French "methods of history".His work was the first serious attempt in France to formulate a definition of history.His conception of "integral history" not only provides a link between humanist jurisprudence and the history of institutional study and society,but also enhances the scope of historiography.Therefore,Baudouin deserves an important place in the tradition of the Western historiography. |
