| 摘 要： | 公司治理类型作为内生变量 ,受到很多因素的影响。只有公司治理类型与影响因素相一致才能对企业绩效产生正面的影响。影响公司治理类型的因素主要包括所有权结构、企业规模、技术特征等。从企业产权关系出发 ,公司治理可以分为企业主治理、合作治理和经理人治理三种类型。企业必须采取公司治理权变模式以保证有效治理的实现。

| Abstract: | As a dependent variable, corporate governance type is influenced by many factors. Only on condition that corporate governance type is in accordance with the factors that influence corporate governance can corporate governance have positive effect on corporate performance. The factors that influence corporate governance mainly include ownership structure, enterprise scale, and technology characteristics, etc. Based on the relationship of enterprise property rights, corporate governance can be clarified into three types: shareholder governance, cooperation governance and manager governance. Enterprises must make use of contingency model of corporate governance to ensure effective governance. |
