| 摘 要： | 中国经济与社会发展中一系列失衡现象:城乡、工农差距的扩大,财富占有与分配差距的扩大,区域经济发展差距的扩大。尽管一定程度的分化发展有其客观性并可以产生积极的效应,但过度失衡的负效应必须引起关注,并应采取措施加以矫正。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of economy and society in China, a series of out-of-balance phenomena are getting more and more obvious,i.e.the polarization between urban and rural,workers and peasants,wealth possession and distribution and disparity of regional economy . Despite the objectivity and some positive effects of the differentiations to a certain extent, we must pay enough attention to the negative effects of excessive unbalanced development, and take measures to correct them. |
