| 摘 要： | 物权法调整的三大内容决定了物权法体系的构建。我国物权法应当吸取德国及瑞士民法典的先进立法经验，与我国的实际情况相结合，建立以所有权为核心，以用益物权和担保物权为两翼、将占有和登记单列出来的物权法体系。

| Abstract: | The author thinks that the three main aspects regulated by jus in rem ordinance determine its systematic construction. Drawing something from advanced legislation in German and Swedish Civil Codes, we should construct our jus in rem ordinance system in accordance with our reality: a body of proprietorship, two wings of jus in rem for benefit and guaranty, and an additional possession and registration. |
