| Abstract: | This article mainly explores the conceptual connotation of the training mode for primary and secondary school principals and its theoretical categories. It also makes analysis of actual situation of the development of the mode and puts forward essentials for constructing the new mode: scientific guidance to the ideas of training, the clear decision on the target of training and the divergence of strategies for training. |
