| Abstract: | At the initial stage of the establishment of new China, Dong Bi Wu attached great importance to the construction of the legal system and emphasized that judicial work should provide services for economic development. He also stressed that legislation should be strengthened and laws should be enforced. He asked all people to obey laws and show concerns for the development of judicial personnel. The relationships between the party and the legal system, the party and the government are clearly defined. |
