| 摘 要： | 法治与德治是治国的重要手段 ,它们各有优缺点。根据中国社会的特点以及目前我国的国情 ,我们应该继承德治传统的合理内核 ,同时吸收法治的合理因素 ,建设具有中国特色的社会主义法治国家。
