| 摘 要： | 随着1931年九·一八事变的爆发,满洲问题成为欧美列强在远东关注的焦点。日本膨胀的野心与国联的决议无法达成一致,遂于1933年3月2 7日退出国际联盟。而此时的世界裁军会议也处于关键时期,由于德国要求平等的军备权利没有得到满足,会议也陷入崩溃的边缘。本文着重探讨二者之间存在的一些客观联系,从而让我们更清晰地了解2 0世纪30年代脆弱的国际关系。

| Abstract: | Along with the breaking out of 9.18 incident in 1931, the problem about Manchuria had become a focus regarded by occident. Because its expansive careerism didn't accord with the resolutions of the League of Nations, Japan chose to quit the League of Nations on Mar. 37 in 1933. At the same time, because German's demand for equal arms right was not satisfied, the world disarmament meeting also seemed to fail. The paper emphasizes some impersonal relation between Japan's quiting the League of Nations and the world disarmament meeting so as to represent weak international relationship in 1930's. |
