| Abstract: | The Revolution of 1911 overthrew the rule of the Qing Dynasty and established the Republic of China. The social changes brought about the changes in Education: the new aim of education was set up; the scheme for the reform of schooling was issued; the system of course book compilation improved, thus laying the foundation for the development of the educational cause of the Republic. |
