科学发展观观照下的学习型学校建设——兼论学习型学校的实质

Constructing Learning-centered School under the Scientific Concept of Development

Under the scientific concept of development,a scientific concept of school development should be set up to find new powers,ways and models for schools to develop,of which learning-centered school is the basic form.Meanwhile,the essence of learning-centered school should also be surveyed under the scientific concept of development and developed through learning.By setting up learning communities and focusing on cultural construction and school-based innovation,schools can gain sustainable development with high quality.
