| 摘 要： | 分析了韩国企业集团治理结构的特征及存在的主要问题 ,介绍了目前落实五大企业集团重组协议和改革企业集团的治理结构的主要做法 ,最后得出不要盲目从事多元化经营、减少政府对大企业集团的过度扶持和干预等对我国企业集团的几点启示
