| Abstract: | Perfect capital markets should have different levels. Along with the coming of the secondary board market , the desire to set up a third board market is inevitable.The paper studies the essence and basic features of the third board market distinguished from other stock markets, analyzing the necessity of establishing such a market. The paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to develop it, including steps, difficulties and policies. |
