| 摘 要： | 从哲学的整体思维出发,分析论述社区公共卫生服务管理中人、社区、公共卫生服务体系的整体性,提出要推动社区公共卫生的全面、健康、可持续的发展,管理人员要树立科学的整体思维观,充分认识人和社区是相互关联的各组成部分结成的有机集成体,与社区和公共卫生相关部门建立良好的协作关系,形成整体团队意识,重视人才的整体发展,才能更好的为社区居民提供健康服务,促进和谐社会的构建。 |

| Abstract: | From the holistic thinking of philosophy,this paper analyzes the integrity of community public health management including human,community and public health service system.It is proposed to promote community public health that the managers must establish holistic view of science,be fully aware that the community public health management is interrelated the various components to form the organic integration.In order to build a harmonious society,the managers must establish a good collaborative relationship with community and public health departments,form an overall sense of team,and attach importance to the overall development of talent.It is better for community residents to provide health services. |
