国内外非营利组织研究述评

为了综观近30年来非营利组织在世界范围内的发展状况,并为学术界和实践提供参考,运用文献分析方法,从非营利组织的定义和分类、非营利组织研究理论、非营利组织治理和国内研究四个方面详细地回顾了非营利组织的研究成果。结果表明:国际上非营利组织研究尚处于起步和成长阶段,存在明显不足;国内研究相对落后。对非营利组织的研究任重道远,有着巨大的扩展和完善空间。

A review on non- profit organizations in China and abroad

For a review of non-profit organizations all over the world during the recent three decades to provide references for researchers,the fruits of researches are reviewed on non-profit organizations as the four parts: the definitions and classifications,research theories,control of management and domestic researches on non-profit organizations.The conclusion is: research on non-profit organizations is in its infancy and growing phase with much faultiness.For the research on non-profit organizations,there is still a long way to go and more fruits are expected.
